Psychology is the Primary Weapon Being Used Against Us
We all need a primer in psychology to be able to understand their tactics.
This post is way too long for email, so click the title to read it on Substack. If you don’t read anything else of mine all year, please read this one article and explore the links and videos. If we are going to survive, we have to understand the weapons being used against us.
In 2020, the psychological attacks on consciousness intensified and most people were successfully mind-controlled. Many argue that it all started with 9/11. That event was an attack on America, but the buildings and planes were merely diversions. 9/11 was primarily a very successful attack on human consciousness. Listen to this one minute clip of Dr. Judy Wood:
The powers that shouldn’t be saw how powerful the deception was. Very few people could see through their illusion. It was televised 24/7 on every major channel for weeks. They created a society of bloodthirsty Americans ready to destroy other countries that in truth had nothing to do with 9/11. They created a society that would accept loss of their freedoms for perceived “safety” from the invisible boogeyman of terrorism in the form of the Patriot Act. The manipulation of American minds was complete. 9/11 was a successful attack on human consciousness.
One of the first steps to seeing through the deception is to realize that every story that is plastered on every news channel is there for a reason. It is there to alter your perception of reality. It is there to condition and desensitize you to accept abnormal things as normal, and to predictively program you for future planned events. This is done through the mainstream news, alternative news sites that will peel back one layer but keep the main narrative intact (jabs bad, but dangerous germs and pandemics exist), and Hollywood (movies like “Contagion” for the fake pandemic, and loads of predictive programming before 9/11 here, here, and here). Your new CIA minders are Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson, Fox News, Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, Bret Weinstein, and many others. They peel off one or more layers of the narrative that you agree with to convince you they are on your side, but they bolster and protect the main narrative that will be necessary for the next crisis (pandemics are real). This tactic is called providing Limited Hangouts (see this heading below).
It has been frustrating trying to get the Trump hero group to see the reality that this is the American Empire, and the empire will do what empires always do: destroy resistance and consolidate power. This will be done irrespective of who is president. Presidents are *selected* for a purpose. Jimmy Carter was selected because he had a history of mental breakdowns. Listen to the 3 minute 12 second video clip of John Coleman in the following post:
Joe Biden was selected for his mental weakness as well, and to show you that the office of president really doesn’t matter because the powers behind the scenes are pulling the strings. Another reason for highlighting human incompetence in national governments is to make you more accepting of a one-world government and AI governance. Is it really just a coincidence that the backdrop at the RNC was a dollar bill with the pyramid, all-seeing eye, and words in Latin “New World Order?” They are laughing at us and mocking us, and rightly so because most people can’t see any of this. All you have to do is look and actually listen to what they say. They always tell you. It’s called Revelation of Method, and it is required for their cult.
Likewise, Donald Trump was selected for a purpose. It is no accident that Elon Musk is his best buddy now. It only seems logical that Trump and Musk will usher in the technocratic surveillance state. Most Americans would not accept the surveillance if it came in under Harris, but the powers that shouldn’t be know the people will accept it under Trump/Musk. Of course it will be disguised under the pretense of tracking illegals and election integrity. The illegal immigrant surge and the obvious voter fraud were created for this very purpose. They want you completely on board for this surveillance, just like you were for the Patriot Act.
The Rubin Vase
The image above is the Rubin Vase.
From Franklin O’Kanu:
Alan Watts, a British philosopher and writer, gained global recognition for his ability to translate Eastern philosophical concepts into Western contexts. Born in 1915, Watts authored over two dozen books and delivered hundreds of lectures on topics ranging from Zen Buddhism to human consciousness and perception. His works often challenged conventional thinking, encouraging individuals to see beyond surface appearances and embrace deeper truths. One of his most compelling insights involved the Rubin Vase optical illusion, which he used as a metaphor for the mutual exclusivity of human perception.
The bistable image allows one to see either a white vase or two black faces in profile, but never both simultaneously. Rubin’s work laid the foundation for Gestalt psychology, and Watts later expanded on its philosophical implications. Watts observed that this limitation in perception reflects not only how we interpret optical illusions but also how we navigate complex societal realities.
In today’s social landscape, the Rubin Vase metaphor feels more relevant than ever. A large portion of society remains fixated on the "faces," representing dominant narratives reinforced by mainstream media and institutional authority. Meanwhile, those who perceive the "vase"—the deeper, interconnected truths—struggle to communicate what they see. The two perspectives are not just different; they are mutually exclusive. To see the vase requires letting go of the faces, a process that is deeply destabilizing and often resisted.
The COVID-19 pandemic and vaccine rollout exemplify this Rubin Vase dynamic. For many, the "faces" were clear: the vaccines were a triumph of science, essential for public health, and a moral obligation. For others, the "vase" revealed a different reality: questions about safety, transparency, coercion, and the motivations behind the rollout. This divide wasn’t just about science; it was about trust, power, and the way narratives shape perception.
The Rubin Vase may explain why those in the Trump hero savior camp cannot see the deeper issues. Beyond that, mainstream and alternative news acts like a laser pointer to direct your attention to the things they want you to see and thereby metaphorically lock you in cement so that you cannot see anything else. To paraphrase Sage Hana, you are playing checkers with your feet locked in cement, and the powers that shouldn’t be are playing chess and are many moves ahead of you.
Divide and Conquer
The powers that shouldn’t be keep us focussed on anything that divides us: left vs. right, conservative vs. liberal, Republican vs. Democrat, black vs. white, Muslim vs. Christian, etc., etc., etc. Keeping us divided prevents collective rebellion. Division is accomplished through menticide, which is the intentional brainwashing of the human mind. All they have to do is convince one group that they are victims and have been treated unfairly by the other group(s). It is really that simple.
False Binaries
False Binaries are related to Divide and Conquer. People love binaries, so it is easy to use binaries as traps. False binaries present two options, neither of which is true. When presented with two options, most people cannot fathom that there is a third of fourth option that is more reflective of truth or a real solution. For instance, they gave us the origins of SARS-CoV-2 as a false binary. The official story was a zoonotic origin via bats/pangolins/raccoon dogs. The official alternative story was a lab leak. Of course, the truth is that nothing new was spreading and no virus has ever been truly isolated. The real origin of the Covidcon operation was the complex psychological operation to make people believe something new was spreading.
From Katherine Watt:
On the science and medicine side, the roots lie in the falsification of bench science, medical diagnosis and statistical data starting with Louis Pasteur, Robert Koch, Paul Ehrlich and Rudolph Virchow, to enable the projection of illusions of communicable diseases as threats, which enable the projection of undefined and indefinable viruses, toxins, serums and vaccines as prophylactics and treatments for the illusory communicable diseases, and enable the projection of legal and military preparedness and responses as justifiable.
They trap us with many false binaries: Left or right, Republican or Democrat, Trump or Biden, herd immunity or natural immunity, planes and melted steel or controlled demolition. The truth, of course, is that no political party or billionaire actor playing a hero will save us, there was no new virus to be immune to, and the twin towers (and the other WTC buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 that no one wants to talk about) were turned to dust.
The Enemy of my Enemy is My Friend
This is a very effective tactic whereby a person is attacked by an entity that is widely known to be an enemy. For instance, when Trump was attacked by the left-leaning media, this was a clear signal to unsuspecting conservatives that Trump must be on their side. This strategy was so effective that they recycled it in many different forms, from ridiculous court cases to assassination attempts. Being mean to your hero makes you love him more and convinces you that he must be on your side.
The Narrative and the Counter-Narrative
People need to understand that the powers that be give you narratives through the mainstream media, and they also give you counter-narratives through the mainstream alternative media. Neither the narrative nor the counter-narrative are true, even though the counter-narrative will have some nuggets of truth to appeal to critical thinkers. The counter-narrative will never reveal the critical parts of the operation. These critical parts are necessary to keep the illusion going and be able to repeat it in the future. For example, during the fake pandemic, the narrative was that dangerous germs jumped from bat to pangolin to raccoon dog to humans and was spreading around the world at warp speed. The counter-narrative included things like the lockdowns are bad, masks are bad, the shots are bad, Fauci is bad, and Pfizer is bad. These are all true and function as yes ladders to bait you in. They would never reveal the parts that would be damaging to them and that would preclude them from running the operation again: DOD ran the operation under the direction of the NSC, the PREP Act tore up the constitution, there was no pandemic, viruses have never been proven to exist, and there is no contagion.
Limited Hangouts
Limited Hangouts are real stories that are presented to make you think the presenters are on your side and to placate you. For instance, many leaders of “the resistance” were put in place to give you limited hangouts. These limited hangouts were usually focused on the response to the “emergency,” with the message that the response was botched, but we’ll do better next time. These stories mostly emphasized the dangers of the new mRNA vaccines, but some included other elements like the dangers of lockdowns or masks. These real stories are meant to bait you in with the psychology of The Enemy of My Enemy is My Friend, but never give you the larger story. The hope is that you will be placated by the smaller story (limited hangout) and not look any further. Also, they need to convince you that these alternative media talking heads presenting the limited hangouts are on your side because they are speaking some truth. Speaking some truth is called giving you a Yes Ladder.
Yes Ladders
Yes Ladders are Limited Hangouts designed to build trust in certain alternative media personalities who are presenting partial truths you agree with. Yes! The jabs are bad! Yes! Lockdowns are bad! But, they will never get to the whole story: There are too many useless eaters on the planet and the military and NSC ran the Covid Operation to intentionally kill and maim large segments of the world population.
Positive and Negative Reinforcement
This was used extensively during the fake pandemic. There were rewards for behavior and actions that supported the narrative. They told you you could save grandma and other lives by following their guidance. They offered incentives from free food to free money for taking the “vaccine.” People posted on social media about following all of the nonsense. This virtue signaling had been used before Covid, but went into high gear for the fake pandemic. There was ridicule and hatred for anyone who dared to question any part of the narrative. Even self-proclaimed Christians became bullies. It was a sad and scary time for anyone with their critical thinking skills intact.
B.F. Skinner famously said:
“Now that we know how positive reinforcement works, and why negative doesn’t, we can be more deliberate and hence more successful, in our cultural design.
We can achieve a sort of control under which the controlled, though they are following a code much more scrupulously than was ever the case under the old system, nevertheless feel free.
They are doing what they want to do, not what they are forced to do. That’s the source of the tremendous power of positive reinforcement—there’s no restraint and no revolt.
By a careful design, we control not the final behavior, but the inclination to behave—the motives, the desires, the wishes. The curious thing is that in that case the question of freedom never arises.”
Calhouns’s Rat Utopia
Funded by none other than the Rockefellers in the 1960s and 1970s, John B. Calhoun created a rat “utopia” with unlimited food, water, and shelter, but limited space. Despite the abundance of resources, the population eventually collapsed due to social breakdowns like aggression, lack of reproduction, and abnormal behaviors. This experiment has been used to discuss issues like overpopulation, societal disconnection, and the psychological impact of living in dense urban environments. Of interest, based on Calhoun’s work, researchers at the University of Illinois predicted “doomsday” for the human race on November 13, 2026.
This notion of overpopulation has been a concern for the super wealthy for a long time, and they talk about it often. When eugenics became unpopular after WWII, they simply shifted to crypto-eugenics in the form of environmentalism. The following is from a book by John Coleman:
The Hopelessness Experiment
During the 1950’s, Dr. Curt Richter from Harvard University performed a series of experiments using water, buckets, and both domesticated and wild rats which resulted in a surprising discovery within the field of psychology. In the first experiment, Richter placed his test subjects into large buckets half filled with water with even those rats which were considered above average swimmers, giving up and dying within a few short minutes. In the second experiment, Richter pulled each rat out just as it was about to give up due to exhaustion and let them rest for a few moments. Upon inserting the rats back into the bucket of water, Richter found that the rats continued to struggle to survive for up to 60 hours as the rats now believed that if they continued to push forward with enough effort put forth, eventually they would be rescued once again. Richter recorded in his notes, “after elimination of hopelessness, the rats do not die”
This knowledge may have been used recently, as Trump’s victory was for many like the rats being pulled out of the water before drowning. This was necessary to control the US population.
These next examples are from Franklin O’Kanu:
Stress and Learned Helplessness
In this series of experiments, Martin Seligman demonstrated that rats subjected to inescapable stressors, such as unavoidable shocks, eventually stopped attempting to escape even when escape became possible, a phenomenon known as “learned helplessness.”
These findings are often used to discuss how chronic exposure to uncontrollable stress leads to passivity, depression, and anxiety in humans, as well as the importance of fostering resilience and a sense of control.
The research also laid the groundwork for cognitive-behavioral therapy, emphasizing the role of perception in overcoming adversity. Additionally, it revealed the long-term psychological effects of environments that strip individuals of agency and choice.
Social Hierarchies and Stress
Robert Sapolsky’s work on social hierarchies in mammals included studies showing that dominant rats experienced lower stress levels and better health, while subordinate rats faced chronic stress, reduced health, and social withdrawal.
These findings are often used to discuss the health and psychological toll of low social status and the broader impact of socioeconomic inequality on human well-being. The chronic stress in subordinates was linked to higher rates of illness and premature death, reflecting how power dynamics influence biology.
The research also highlighted the role of perceived social status in shaping an individual’s stress response, not just actual access to resources.
Social Isolation and Brain Changes
Mark Rosenzweig’s studies showed that rats raised in isolation exhibited reduced brain development, impaired cognitive abilities, and abnormal social behaviors compared to those raised in enriched environments. [Now you see why they wanted us isolated during the pandemic?]
These findings are used to discuss the impact of social isolation on human mental health and cognitive development, particularly in contexts like childhood neglect, solitary confinement, or social disconnection.
The research highlighted the plasticity of the brain, showing that enriched environments could reverse some deficits. This work also underlined the role of social and sensory stimulation in fostering healthy development in both animals and humans.
Exposure to Chronic Stress or Trauma
Michael Meaney’s work demonstrated that rats exposed to chronic stress or trauma displayed behavioral changes and altered stress responses, which were passed to their offspring through epigenetic mechanisms.
This research is often used to discuss intergenerational trauma in humans, such as among descendants of war survivors or marginalized communities, and the role of epigenetics in shaping behavior and health across generations.
His findings suggested that parenting styles influenced by trauma could perpetuate stress patterns. The work also revealed that interventions, such as nurturing care, could mitigate some of these transgenerational effects.
Chronic Stress and Immune Function
Robert Sapolsky’s research showed that rats subjected to prolonged stress exhibited weakened immune responses, increased inflammation, and higher susceptibility to illness.
These findings are used to discuss the connection between stress and physical health in humans, highlighting how chronic stress contributes to conditions like cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, and mental health challenges.
His work emphasized that the timing and chronicity of stressors determine their physiological impact. It also showed how stress hormones like cortisol, while beneficial in short bursts, can wreak havoc on the body when consistently elevated.
Pheromones and Emotional Contagion
Jaak Panksepp’s studies demonstrated that rats release pheromones when stressed or frightened, which influence the behavior of nearby rats, often causing group-wide fear or heightened alertness.
This phenomenon is used to discuss human emotional contagion, where stress, fear, or positive emotions spread within groups, affecting collective behavior and decision-making, such as in workplaces or during crises.
His research also explored how shared environments amplify emotional contagion through non-verbal communication. This work has implications for understanding crowd behavior and collective emotional responses in humans.
In summary, those at the top of the social hierarchy experience less stress, and as you move down the hierarchy stress increases. Chronic stress can make you give up and quit resisting, it causes behavioral changes that are passed down to your offspring, and it is contagious via pheromones. Isolation causes impaired cognitive ability and abnormal social behaviors. Can you see how all of this was employed during Covid?
We are being manipulated by social engineers who understand all of this psychology and know how to get us to react in certain ways. They can pull our strings and damage our health for generations with a stunt like the Covid operation. 9/11 and Covid are both examples of trauma-based mind control; essentially MK Ultra mind control on a national and then a global scale.
Placebo and Nocebo Effect
Placebos work because of the power of belief. If a patient believes a treatment will work, it can trigger physiological changes that lead to healing. This principle is not limited to placebos; positive thoughts, in general, can have a profound effect on behavior and genes. Conversely, the nocebo effect demonstrates that negative beliefs can be equally powerful, leading to a decline in health. Lipton cites the case of Sam Londe, who died with, but not from, cancer, suggesting that his belief in the inevitable recurrence of his cancer may have contributed to his death.
Simply casting a spell over you like telling you that you have cancer or the dreaded Covid is enough to make you ill if you believe it.
Asch Line Experiments
These experiments demonstrate the power of conformity, belonging, and peer pressure. I think it also speaks to our tribal nature; we want to belong so badly that we will tell deliberate lies and tolerate the lies of others. We allow other people to determine what is reality so we can belong to the group and feel accepted.
Milgram Electric Shock Experiments
This experiment looked at obedience to authority. Milgram found that participants would administer shocks to other people when directed by an authority figure, who was simply a man in a white coat. They would even administer lethal doses when directed.
You might be thinking to yourself, “No way would I actually obey in that situation; I’d definitely walk away.” But fully two thirds of participants in Milgram’s first shock study ended up delivering the full 450 volts, and all participants made it to 300 volts (Milgram, 1963). The participants in that study, and in the many follow-up variations on the study that Milgram conducted, consistently shocked other people at very high rates. There is little reason to believe that you or I would behave much differently. What Milgram had demonstrated was that when faced with an insistent authority figure, we are all susceptible to compromising on our morals (Milgram, 1974). https://www.berkeleywellbeing.com/milgram-experiment.html
Humans have an instinct to follow authority. I’m sure you can see how this was used against us during the Covid charade, as “experts” were paraded on every news channel on a daily basis telling us what we must do.
Strategy of Tension
The Strategy of Tension “refers to a deliberate technique in geopolitical or corporate contexts where conflicting strategies or policies are purposefully deployed to create controlled friction. The aim is often to destabilize an opponent, encourage certain behaviors in a population, or prevent unified opposition. By fostering “tension” between strategies, this approach can divide focus or resources, making it harder for the target to coordinate an effective response. Think of it as setting up controlled opposition, where different factions or groups are encouraged to push against one another—keeping them preoccupied and less able to challenge the one who set the tension in motion.”
The ever-changing "information" presented to us during the fake pandemic was not by accident or due to incompetence. It was part of the psychological operation using this technique called Strategy of Tension to make us more accepting of the loss of freedoms that were about to be announced. "This dynamic often plays out as a paradox where people lose faith in the government’s competence yet simultaneously look to the same or similar authorities for stability and solutions." Poisoning
Also, know that poisoning makes us more susceptible to mind control. Poisoning takes many forms, including vaccines, heavy metals sprayed as a part of geoengineering, toxins in our food and fluoride in our water, dioxin from chemical burn-offs like the recent ones in East Palestine OH, Maryville TN, and Atlanta GA, EMF and other electric fields, toxins in our cleaning products and skin/haircare products, and the list goes on and on.
From Jason Christoff:
It's not that difficult to understand. The average neurological system wants safety in the group, but if you can poison the animal... poisoned animals don't need less support, they need more. They need more group acceptance.
Think about it. If you're injured, or if I'm sick, you might need someone to get your shoes or make you a meal. You're not going to fare well without the group.
So injured animals need more group support. This is why they poison absolutely everything in our society. Any poison will do. Humans are like any other animal. The more injured they are, the more group pressure they'll succumb to. They can't fend for themselves.
This is what all the poison is about. Injectable poison, ingestible poison, Teflon pans... it's all poison. They've even done studies where microwave food was given to people. You had the same blood markers that you'd get if you were poisoned.
Everything's poison. The soap, the shampoo... your cell phone in your pocket going off. Same markers in your blood as if you've been poisoned. There's damage going on. The Wi-Fi radiation causes damage. We live in a toxicity soup. But it's because it adds more efficiency to any campaign the mind controllers roll out.
The truth of disease is extremely simple. What makes us sick is poison. The group I allude to poison us daily, in order to gain strategic advantage over us, for ease of rule purposes. Poison actually increases the effectiveness of the mind control, which they fire at us out of their inverted media and government channels daily. Placing us under mind control is their primary weapon. Poisoning us is their secondary weapon.

Conclusion
I have noticed that since 2020, it is more and more difficult to have a rational conversation with anyone. I truly believe the poisoning and psychological manipulation since 2020 has damaged peoples’ brains and critical thinking ability. People who have not kept up (most people) are so far behind that it is almost impossible to bring them up to speed. Attention spans are way down. Social media has just about ruined the ability for most people to sit down and read a book or to do a thorough investigation on any subject. People are so conditioned to “scrolling” that they no longer have the patience or attention span for in-depth research. The result is that most people have to rely on authority figures for information, and every authority figure you see on your television is put there to control your perception of reality. Of course, no one thinks *they* can be mind controlled. This next video is long, but demonstrates how easy mind control really is, even on people who think it can’t happen to them:
Let us not forget that many of the people still asleep cannot get past one big stumbling block: admitting that those in power actively want to do us harm. Bob Moran hits the nail on the head:
Start trying to analyze news stories that get broad coverage and see if they make sense. With a little effort and critical thinking, you will begin to see how widely covered stories are being used to push certain narratives. Once you know what to look for, it’s not that hard to figure out. The big goals are reducing the population and biodigital cradle to grave surveillance for the survivors using AI governance on a worldwide scale. WWIII involving Iran has long been on the radar, and that will be used to help usher in their goals. Once you know these goals, all of the narratives along the way start to make more sense.
All content is free for all readers.
Blessings to those able to see through the multiple layers of deception. May our numbers increase!
Excellent post Stuart. "I have noticed that since 2020, it is more and more difficult to have a rational conversation with anyone." Me too! "I truly believe the poisoning and psychological manipulation since 2020 has damaged peoples’ brains and critical thinking ability." Absolutely - 100% true! Keep your eye on the final goal! For what we have seen in a mirror dimly prior to 2020, is now becoming very clear!
